This tutorial shows you how to model a  flower in Blender

2°) Make the flower

Select all vertex from your petal in edit mode and duplicate your petal to make the flower

Shift D to duplicate.

Duplicate the petal x 1

then duplicate 2 petals

duplicate all your petals until your flower has the number of petals you want.

select the faces of the middle of your flower

and delete this face

vertices above and one below ( s + 0 > zero) and select all vertice your mesh and remove double

Select vertice and extrude

close to the middle of the flower on one side

 then on the other side
